Develop the student's understanding and skills of research in a legal context;
Critically review a range of legal research methodologies, consider ethics in legal research, and methods of providing legal information for decision making.

Upon successful completion of the module students will be able to select, defend and critically assess an appropriate research method to address a relevant legal issue.
