Technological advancements and globalisation are changing the nature of work; therefore, it is essential to continually update the skill sets to remain competitive within the job market. This course provides students with various opportunities for augmenting their professional skills, fostering personal development, identifying their strengths and weaknesses and providing them with the necessary tools to improve and grow.

The course aims to enhance students’ comprehension of professional development as a continuous process of learning and growing to improve skills, knowledge and abilities in the chosen profession.

Learning Outcomes


At the end of the course, students will be expected to:
(i)    Apply key systematic and analytical decision-making skills to solve complex organisational problems. 
(ii)   Apply key managerial skills to foster innovation and lead change in a dynamic business environment.
(iii)  Evaluate the implications of changing environmental factors on organisational choices within a global environment.
