Aims
The module aims to provide an analysis of the theories, concepts and frameworks associated with transformational strategic management. Learners will develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the complexities of creating, evaluating and maintaining ethical and sustainable business growth strategies within a dynamic internal and external environment.
Learning Outcomes
After completing the module the student should be able to:
- Learners will be able to critically evaluate and apply strategic management theory and frameworks to design a sustainable strategic management plan
- Learners will be able to critically assess the role of stakeholders, governance structures and the internal and external business environment in creating and operationalising transformational strategic change
- Learners will be able to evaluate the importance of crisis and risk management in creating a sustainable management strategy
